This course will feature three of the greatest comedies in the operatic repertory in performances from leading opera houses around the world. The operas are Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro; Rossini’s The Barber of Seville; and Donizetti’s L’elisir d’amore. Enjoyment is guaranteed!

Steve loves sharing great opera performances. He has taught ALL courses on the operas of Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Wagner and Rossini, among others. He also recently taught a course on the poetry of William Butler Yeats. And for years he has been a co-coordinator of a course on Nichiren Buddhism.
